1. Summary
iqpi.io is an international esports platform for intellectual games: Chess, Capital Chess, Swedish (Bughouse), Tetris, Tetris: Attack, and other modes in development. Users play for free or join rated duels and prize tournaments with IQPIC entry fees and payouts.
IQPIC is the platform utility token on the TON blockchain. The token is not a “hype asset”; it is a working tool of the ecosystem:
- monetization and engagement — Play-to-Earn and Skill-to-Earn (earning for play and skill);
- governance — key development decisions through a DAO of IQPIC holders;
- fairness — funding anti-cheat, new modes, and games where the outcome depends on skill.
Core hypothesis: balanced tokenomics built into an already live platform with an audience raises DAU, retention, and ecosystem value more than launching a “token without a product”.
The platform has been live since February 2025. The legal entity is IQPI Ltd. Free play is available to everyone; the paid loop is voluntary.
2. Problem statement
Online Chess and Tetris are mass-market, but the chain “honest skill → clear earnings → fast withdrawal” is weak for players.
2.1. Player problems
- Weak skill monetization. Large free venues have ratings; a cash loop with transparent entry fees and prizes is missing or fragmented.
- Distrust of “game tokens”. The market is full of schemes with mandatory deposits, hidden fees, and promises of passive income.
- Slow and expensive payouts. Banks and cards take 3–7%; international payouts for CIS audiences are limited.
- Cheating. In classic online Chess, cheating devalues rated and prize formats.
- No unified economy. Separate tournaments, separate wallets, no shared utility token with governance (DAO) and staking.
2.2. Organizer and platform problems
- hard to scale prize pools without inflating an “internal currency”;
- no transparent on-chain accounting of funds and unlocks;
- hard to raise capital for anti-cheat and new games without diluting community trust.
What is needed is a product where the token serves the game, not the other way around.
3. Solution
IQPIC + iqpi.io solve this through Skill-to-Earn on TON:
- A real product before the token. The platform already runs duels and tournaments, accepts entry fees, pays prizes, and develops anti-cheat.
- Utility first. IQPIC is a means of entry fee, reward, staking, referrals, and DAO voting — not a promise of “guaranteed yield”.
- Deflation from gameplay. 5% of tournament entry fees are burned; a programmatic buyback from platform revenue is possible.
- Protection against concentration. Wallet cap, progressive tax on large transfers, distribution through activity, higher DAO quorum.
- Synergy with TON and Telegram. Jetton, TON Connect 2.0, a path to Mini App and the messenger’s global audience.
A player can:
- play for free;
- or pay an entry fee in IQPIC, compete, and receive a prize under the format rules.
4. Product
4.1. Mission
Make fair intellectual competitions available globally: a clear interface, skill-based outcomes, transparent entry fees and payouts, and a native economy on TON.
4.2. Value proposition
| For whom | Value |
|---|---|
| Player | Free play + rated duels and prize tournaments in IQPIC |
| Organizer / club | Tournament tools, entry fees, prize pools |
| IQPIC holder | Practical utility (fees, staking boosts) + a vote in the DAO |
| Content creator | Referrals and partner mechanics from prize activity |
4.3. Platform description
On platform iqpi.io you can:
- play Chess and Capital Chess (including protection against classic cheating via the piece “capital” mechanic);
- play Swedish (Bughouse);
- play Tetris and Tetris: Attack;
- play rated duels with a Buy-in entry fee in IQPIC;
- join prize and fee-based tournaments;
- use clubs, chats, profile, balance, and the affiliate program.
IQPIC is the in-game balance currency: entry fees, prizes, gifts, and related operations; top-ups and withdrawals go through the platform account and TON integrations.
4.4. Principles
- Skill over speculation — skill wins, not “passive income”.
- Free core — enter the ecosystem without a mandatory deposit.
- Transparency — rules for fees/prizes, an on-chain token, public reports on reserves.
- Fair play — game records, anomaly analysis, public sanctions.
- Long horizon — team vesting of 4+ years, a development fund, a 10+ year horizon.
4.5. How it works — duels
- Entry fee: a rated duel requires an IQPIC fee; the amount depends on the initiator’s level.
- Prize pool: 100% of participants’ fees form the pool.
- Reward: the winner receives 100% of the pool.
Duel examples
| Initiator level | Entry fee (IQPIC) | Prize pool (IQPIC) | Winner reward | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 10 | 20 | 20 | Unlimited |
| 5 | 50 | 100 | 100 | Unlimited |
| 50 | 500 | 1,000 | 1,000 | Unlimited |
4.6. How it works — tournaments
- Entry fee: a tournament requires payment in IQPIC (the amount depends on the level).
- Pool: 95% of fees go to the prize pool; 5% are burned (deflation).
- Distribution (default):
- 1st place — 25% of the pool;
- 2nd place — 15%;
- 3rd place — 10%;
- remaining 50% — places 4–10 or otherwise as decided by the organizer.
Tournament examples
| Level | Entry fee (IQPIC) | Prize pool (IQPIC) | 1st-place reward | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze League | 10 | 950 | 237.5 | Once every two weeks |
| Silver Cup | 50 | 4,750 | 1,187.5 | Once every two weeks |
| Gold Championship | 200 | 19,000 | 4,750 | Monthly |
4.7. Staking and boosts
Goal: keep IQPIC in the ecosystem and raise engagement.
- Base staking (annual yield, APY): yield for locking tokens; the rate is dynamic and depends on pool size (from the “Community rewards” fund).
- Staking boosts:
- up to 20% discount on membership fees;
- a priority slot in premium tournaments;
- a prize multiplier (for example, +10%).
| Level | Min. balance | APY | Fee discount | Other bonuses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Newbie | 100 IQPIC | 5% | 0% | — |
| Enthusiast | 1,000 IQPIC | 8% | 5% | Priority in Bronze |
| Master | 10,000 IQPIC | 12% | 10% | Priority in Silver, ×1.1 |
| Legend | 50,000+ IQPIC | 15%+ | 20% | Priority in Gold, ×1.2, closed tournaments |
4.8. Loyalty and referrals
- referral: bonus IQPIC from the invited player’s payments;
- daily/weekly quests (“play 5 duels”, “win 3 matches in a row”) — reward in IQPIC.
4.9. Business model
iqpi.io = guarantor + competition organizer.
The platform:
- builds the venue;
- ensures fairness (anti-cheat);
- accepts and distributes prizes;
- takes a service fee (organization, infrastructure, withdrawals).
Payouts to participants of a given tournament come from that tournament’s entry fees (and/or the organizer’s declared prize pool), not from a “pay old users from new users’ fees” model.
5. Technology
5.1. Token on TON
- Standard: Jetton (TIP-74 analogue).
- Contract languages: Tact (primary), FunC — for narrow tasks.
- Additional minting: additional issuance is locked.
- Contract:
EQCJSN_F-gSu7jxcLjeXutEO-l32gOMaZ0PybBpxsBI_4ld0.
5.2. Wallet integration
The required loop is TON Connect 2.0 to connect a wallet and send transactions from the iqpi.io web client / Mini App.
5.3. Game loop and anti-cheat
- recording of games;
- analysis of unnatural moves;
- public sanctions for violations;
- match-result verification (a protected off-chain loop and/or oracles) before on-chain reward payouts.
5.4. Prize escrow
Typical flow: entry fees → escrow → payouts to winners under the rules (the platform’s target — payout within 12 hours after the tournament ends — has been reached).
5.5. Vesting contracts
Vesting smart contracts on TON with different schedules per address; contracts are to be verified, with a public unlock dashboard.
6. Customers and audience
6.1. Segments
| Segment | Who | What they need |
|---|---|---|
| Beginners / learning | including schoolchildren 7–14 | simple UX, educational content |
| Casual players | 15–35 | fast games, sparring, free play |
| Competitive | 15–50 | rating, duels, tournaments, prizes in IQPIC |
| Professionals / coaches | 25–50 | analysis, ratings, clubs, affiliate program |
| Organizers and clubs | schools, universities, communities | tournament tools, B2B formats |
| Holders / DAO | active IQPIC users | staking, boosts, voting |
6.2. Geography
Start and core — Russia and the CIS; expansion via TON/Telegram to English-speaking and global audiences.
7. Market
7.1. Industry overview
The market for online Chess and casual skill games is huge (millions of users on large venues). A separate growing segment is Play-to-Earn / Skill-to-Earn in Web3, where projects with a real audience and practical token utility win — not a “token without a game”.
7.2. Trends
- growth of TON and Telegram Mini Apps;
- demand for transparent crypto payouts;
- fatigue from scams → a trust premium for products with a payout history and a legal entity;
- interest in anti-cheat and fair-play mechanics (Capital Chess and others).
7.3. Market opportunities
iqpi.io occupies the niche of intellectual esports with a cash loop: not a casino, not a pyramid, but skill sport + a TON utility token.
8. Competition
8.1. Market references
| Type | Examples | How iqpi.io differs |
|---|---|---|
| Free / freemium Chess | Chess.com, Lichess | iqpi.io has IQPIC fees/prizes and an on-chain economy |
| Online Tetris | Tetr.io, tetris.com | prize formats + a single ecosystem token |
| GameFi without a strong skill core | many P2E projects | iqpi.io had a product and payouts before scaling the token |
8.2. Differentiators
- Skill-to-Earn, not “passive farming”.
- A free core with no mandatory deposit.
- Anti-cheat and Capital Chess as an answer to cheating.
- A legal entity and a payout history since February 2025.
- A TON token with mint locked and anti-whale rules.
9. Regulatory environment
- The platform operator is IQPI Ltd. (details are publicly available).
- Users accept the user agreement and related documents on iqpi.io.
- IQPIC is positioned as a utility token for in-game and platform operations.
- The platform does not promise guaranteed yield and does not position participation as an investment with a fixed return.
- Legal support and compliance are the operator’s responsibility; details of regimes in different jurisdictions are clarified as international expansion proceeds.
This section is not a substitute for legal advice.

Roadmap KPI are planning targets, not guarantees.
11. Marketing strategy
Marketing for iqpi.io is built around an already live product: free entry → engagement in games and community → first tournament / duel with an entry fee → payout as proof of fairness → retention through content, referrals, and IQPIC.
Geography: Russia and the CIS as the core; in parallel — English-speaking and global audiences via TON, Telegram, and a multilingual interface.
Budget for paid integrations and targeting starts after unit economics are confirmed by test campaigns; until then the focus is organic growth, partnerships, and referrals. The “Ecosystem and marketing” fund — 20% of IQPIC supply (section 13) — unlocks in stages against marketing KPI.
11.1. Go-to-market plan
A staged plan (the logic of mature Web3 projects: research → product → marketing → partnerships → mechanic launch → community / DAO → growth).
- Market and audience research
- segments: beginners, casuals, competitive players, professionals, schools/clubs, IQPIC holders;
- pains: cheating, weak skill monetization, distrust of “game tokens”, expensive/slow payouts;
- competitive references: Chess.com, Lichess, Tetr.io / tetris.com, and GameFi without a skill core.
- Product and onboarding
- simpler registration and first match;
- a clear path: free game → rating → tournament/duel → IQPIC balance;
- “how it works” materials (Help
/help, short guides in the channel).
- Marketing and PR
- constant presence in Telegram and social networks;
- content for audience segments (see 11.3–11.4);
- emphasis on USP: Skill-to-Earn, Capital Chess / anti-cheat, transparent payouts, legal entity.
- Partnerships and integrations
- Chess and esports communities, schools, clubs, tournament organizers;
- TON ecosystem (DEX, wallets, influencers);
- streamers and micro-influencers with a loyal audience.
- Launch and incentives
- tournament posters on peak-activity days;
- referrals and limited campaigns (airdrop to top players, staking boosts — per the roadmap);
- “try for free → confirm a payout on a small entry fee”.
- Support after IQPIC mechanics launch
- feedback on TON Connect, fees, staking;
- support in the channel and help@iqpi.io;
- UX iterations based on actual use.
- Community and the move to DAO
- growth of clubs and active players;
- involvement in DAO (proposals, votes);
- online/offline events and battles for business and player communities.
- Ongoing growth
- more channels (indexable venues, EN content);
- competitor monitoring and message adaptation;
- paid integrations in niche communities when test ROI is positive.
- Ecosystem scaling
- new games and formats (via DAO and the roadmap);
- corporate and university tournaments;
- a broader TON / Telegram Mini App audience.
11.2. Promotion strategy
Key elements (now and as we grow):
| Direction | What we do |
|---|---|
| Content marketing | Posts, longreads, game reviews, tournament recaps, records and payout cases, articles on anti-cheat and Capital Chess, educational “registration lifehacks” (without competing with Chess schools as courses). |
| Social and community | Telegram (t.me/iqpi_channel) as the main hub; comment moderation; activity on tournament days; venues by audience demand (YouTube, TikTok/Shorts, VK, X, and others). |
| Influencers | Micro-influencers: Chess/Tetris amateurs, gamers, students, experts with a small but loyal audience; platform reviews and joint tournaments. |
| PR and media | Positioning in business and sports communities; indexable materials (Zen, niche sites, Pikabu, and others); team interviews; native coverage of USP and IQPIC. |
| Events | Online battles, joint tournaments with communities, sponsorship/participation in niche events as we grow. |
| Strategic partnerships | Schools, clubs, federations/esports communities, TON projects, organizers of offline/hybrid tournaments. |
| Referrals and incentives | User affiliate program; separate terms for schools (a share of invitees’ top-ups); “invite a friend” series. |
| SEO | Organic search via Help, tournaments, games, and product pages (including the IQPIC description). |
| Paid promotion | Targeting and channel integrations — after tests; creatives: tournament banners, posters, killer features. |
11.3. Target audience
| Segment | Who | What they need from content and product |
|---|---|---|
| Beginners / learning | including ages 7–14 | simple visual entry, registration lifehacks, “how to play the first game” |
| Casuals | 15–35 | fast games, memes, sparring, free-to-play |
| Interactive | engaged via events | contests, polls, battles, event posters |
| Competitive / pro | 25–50 | ratings, tournaments, reviews, anti-cheat, prizes in IQPIC |
| Schools and clubs | coaches, organizers | B2B terms, closed tournaments, affiliate program |
| Skill-to-Earn | players for whom skill earnings matter | transparent fees/payouts, the token, “not a scam” |
| TON / crypto | holders and traders in the ecosystem | IQPIC utility, staking, DAO, liquidity |
Core audience: Chess players (amateurs and those for whom the game is a profession), esports players, Tetris audience, people looking for honest skill-based earnings online — without promises of “passive income”.
Ideal customer portrait: registers, plays, tops up if they want, joins tournaments/duels, subscribes to project channels, invites friends, and strengthens word of mouth.
11.4. Content pillars and rubrics
Posting goals:
- constant presence of the iqpi.io brand in the media field;
- organic and “wave” subscriber growth (incentives + collaborations);
- covering information needs of all audience segments;
- tying content to business metrics (registrations, tournament participants, paying users);
- branding of the platform, USP, ambassadors, and top players;
- native partner coverage.
Example rubrics and series:
| Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Educational / engaging | “Fascinating Chess: facts only”, “Chess geography”, “Calendar on the board”, “Get inspired!” |
| Product | “Our lifehack: signing up”, “Event poster”, “Behind the scenes at IQPI”, tournament recaps, records |
| Expert | “Breakdown” of games, live streams, deep text analysis of notable games |
| Community | “Our active players”, player reviews and success stories, mini-polls, contests |
| Viral | memes (Chess + Tetris), collages, short videos |
| Trust | anti-cheat and Capital Chess, payout transparency, “why not a scam”, IQPIC updates |
Content peaks are tournament days (regular Chess and Tetris competitions). Speed: a fast pipeline “event → packaging → publication” and an error-correction process.
11.5. PR and partnerships
PR directions:
- direct project presentations in business and sports communities;
- indirect “around the product” posts to spark discussion;
- battle events for partner-community subscribers;
- branding of managers through interviews;
- media weight via indexable venues.
Partners (example loops):
- topical communities (including PRO Chess players and niche channels);
- desired: large Chess channels and schools in Russia, esports associations;
- universities and departments — hybrid tournaments / access in exchange for PR;
- clubs and teachers — referral terms for bringing students;
- corporations — online/hybrid tournaments for campaigns.
USP for partners and players:
- organizing paid and free tournaments, including closed ones;
- duels with an entry fee where participants form the prize pool;
- withdrawing winnings under platform rules;
- Capital Chess and behavioral anti-cheat as an answer to cheating in online Chess;
- school referrals: 20% of the invitee’s first top-up and 10% of subsequent top-ups for 12 months (platform affiliate program terms).
11.6. Funnel and KPI
End-to-end funnel:
Content / partner → Registration → Channel subscription → Games / tournaments → IQPIC entry fee → Retention / referral / DAO
Main metric: each registration ≈ a candidate channel subscriber ≈ a tournament participant ≈ a paying user.
Planning targets (not a guarantee):
- growth of the paying audience to the brief’s target level, then monthly scaling;
- retention on tournament days and after the first payout;
- conversion “free player → first entry fee”;
- collaboration reach and acquisition cost in paid tests;
- for the token: holders, utility rate, DAO participation.
11.7. Brand messages
Key thoughts for posting and PR:
- Chess and Tetris are esports, where on iqpi.io you can compete and earn for skill, not “passively”.
- Play for free — the paid loop is voluntary.
- Honest payouts — a legal entity, rules, a track record since February 2025.
- Cheating is challenged — Capital Chess and the anti-cheat loop.
- IQPIC is a working ecosystem token (fees, prizes, staking, DAO), not a “easy multiples” scheme; we start small and grow with the community.
12. Challenges and risks
| Risk | Description | Mitigation |
|---|---|---|
| Market | IQPIC/TON volatility | micro start of liquidity, demand from fees, burn and buyback |
| Concentration | Whales and manipulation | 1% wallet cap, tax on large transfers, DAO quorum |
| Governance (DAO) | Slow or disputed community decisions | fixed discussion/vote windows, transparent results, execution by the operator team |
| Cheating | Devaluing prizes | anti-cheat, Capital Chess, game records |
| Reputation | Association with GameFi scams | legal entity, free entry, payout history, public rules |
| Execution | Roadmap slippage | staged launch, 10% development fund, 4% reserve |
| Regulatory | Different jurisdictions | compliance, utility positioning, legal support |
| Technical | Contract bugs / incidents | audit, staged feature launch, incident reserve |
13. IQPIC tokenomics
13.1. Supply
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Total supply | 1,000,000,000 IQPIC |
| Additional minting | Disabled |
| Blockchain | TON |
| Standard | Jetton |
13.2. Initial allocation
| Category | Share | Amount | Purpose and governance |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Community rewards | 25% | 250,000,000 | Play-to-Earn core: rewards for duels/tournaments, quests, referrals. Programmable release tied to KPI (DAU, tournaments, activity). |
| 2. Liquidity pool | 20% | 200,000,000 | Starting IQPIC/TON and IQPIC/USDT liquidity on TON DEX. LP in a controlled contract; parameters via DAO. |
| 3. Ecosystem and marketing | 20% | 200,000,000 | CEX/DEX listings, partnerships, KOLs, ads. Quarterly unlocks by the project board against marketing KPI. |
| 4. Team share | 15% | 150,000,000 | Founders, key developers, advisors. Strict vesting (section 14). |
| 5. Development and partnerships | 10% | 100,000,000 | Anti-cheat, new modes/games, mobile app, integrations. Allocation by the tech board along the roadmap. |
| 6. Community initiatives (DAO) | 6% | 60,000,000 | Fund for IQPIC-holder proposals (tournament formats, NFT skins, game choice, etc.). |
| 7. Reserve (unforeseen needs) | 4% | 40,000,000 | Legal costs, incident response, operating buffer. Multisig only + a public report. |
Total: 100%.
13.3. Economic mechanisms
- Burn: 5% of each tournament entry fee is burned; part of anti-whale fees may also go to burn.
- Buyback: up to 10% of platform revenue (tournament service fee, membership fees) may repurchase IQPIC from the market for burn or DAO funds (when the price falls below set levels).
- Tokenomics KPI targets:
- Share of useful operations > 30% of daily volume — in-game operations (fees, rewards), not speculation;
- Velocity Idea → Proposal → Discussion → Vote → Result → Execution → (if needed) back to a proposal. Process rules can also change via the DAO.
15.6. DAO funds and treasury
| Source | Share / amount | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Community initiatives (DAO) | 6% / 60M IQPIC | Community grants and proposals |
| Improvement fund (Q3 plan) | up to 2% / 20M IQPIC | Operational product improvement under DAO control |
| Buyback → DAO | up to 10% of platform revenue (optional) | Fund refill or burn per parameter decisions |
| Team vesting clawback | unvested tokens of leavers | Return to DAO treasury / redistribution |
Large treasury withdrawals and changes to economic constants require a higher quorum and an explicit “for” majority.
15.7. Anti-whale protection
The goal is to prevent ecosystem control and market manipulation by large holders (“whales”), including via governance capture.
| Strategy | Mechanism | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet cap | No more than 1% of supply per address (10M IQPIC); excess is rejected | Hard share ceiling |
| Progressive transfer tax | Transfers > 0.5% of supply (5M): 1–5% fee → liquidity pool or burn | Deters large dumps |
| Distribution via activity | Main path for newcomers — rewards for play | Broad holder base |
| Monitoring | Top-100 dashboard; quarterly reports | Early risk detection |
| DAO control | High quorum on critical proposals; weight from utility/staking | Protects governance from capture |
16. Trust and fairness
16.1. Why iqpi.io is not a scam
Payouts. Since February 2025 the platform has paid prizes; the rules target payout within 24 hours after a tournament; receiving a prize does not require “fees to withdraw winnings”.
Service economy. Platform revenue is a fee for organization and infrastructure, not a pyramid of “paying old users from new ones”.
Legal transparency. IQPI Ltd., real owners, documents available for verification.
Free entry. Want to play — register and play for free. Want to compete for money — you pay an entry fee deliberately.
Honest promises. No guaranteed yield, no “passive income”, no “double your deposit in 24 hours”. The stronger player wins; there is a risk of losing — as in sport.
16.2. Why the token
IQPIC solves practical tasks:
- fast international payouts;
- lower costs of banking corridors;
- on-chain prize transparency;
- new formats (staking, deflation);
- capital for product development.
Token-loop security: open code, independent audit, staged feature launch, focus on practical utility.
16.3. Philosophy
| You get | We get |
|---|---|
| A venue for competitions | A fee for organization |
| A payout guarantee under the rules | Platform development |
| Anti-cheat protection | Reputation as a fair operator |
| A player community | A loyal audience |
Motivation: build an esports platform for 10+ years, not a token for 3 months.
16.4. Checklist for skeptics
- Register, play free games, watch live tournaments.
- If you want — enter a tournament with a small fee and check the payout if you place.
- Ask current players in the project communities.
- On the token — follow updates, join tests, ask the team questions.

18. Conclusion
The IQPIC model moves iqpi.io from a game service to an esports ecosystem with its own economy:
- transparent platform monetization (service fee);
- balanced tokenomics with practical utility and anti-whale protection;
- deep token integration into duels, tournaments, staking, and referrals;
