Profile

Profile on the iqpi.io platform is your public player card and the place where account data is edited: avatar, nick, contacts, “About me”, social networks, payment details. View your own profile in the account; someone else’s — on the public page.

Below — where to open the profile, what you can change, how rating and activity work, rewards, friends, and gifts.

Where to find things

From your profile, the “Edit” button goes to /lk/profile-edit.

How to open and what you see on yours

On /lk/profile there are:

avatar, nick, level and progress to the next level;
karma;
time on the platform;
rating block by game categories;
player activity (time, games, win rate, etc.);
rewards, friends, clubs, gifts;
contacts and “About me” (as in settings).

Level, wins, and ranks in full form are available with an active balance (after registration — for 365 days, see Registration and sign-in). Without an active balance some metrics may be hidden or shown differently.

Editing the profile

Open /lk/profile-edit (“Profile settings”). Sections:

About yourself

Field	Note

Country	Used, including for “by country” rating

Interface language is not chosen in the profile — the language switcher is in the site header. See Multilingual.

Contact visibility

For email and Telegram there is a “Make visible to users” toggle.

On your own profile, contacts are always visible to you.
To others: the value or the label “hidden” if visibility is off.
Phone is not shown to others.

This is not a separate “closed account” mode — only contact fields.

Lichess verification

In the social networks block:

Enter a link to your Lichess profile (check that the link is free).
Start verification — copy the phrase into your Lichess profile description.
Open the Lichess account and confirm on iqpi.io.

After success the link becomes verified; a mark appears on the nick. Verification is also needed for some tournament requirements: Player requirements.

Level and karma

Metric	Meaning
Level	Grows with rated wins; affects the Buy-in limit. In UI hints: every 25 rated wins → +1 level (and fee limit growth)
Karma	Likes minus dislikes under your posts and comments in clubs; can be negative

Rating by games

In the profile, filters (names as in the UI):

“Overall rating”;
Chess;
Capital Chess;
Tetris;
Tetris: Attack.

Global place and place by country are shown (if country is set).

Swedish is not shown as a separate filter in these profile rating / activity tabs — game rules: Swedish.

Discipline articles: Chess, Capital Chess, Tetris, Tetris: Attack.

Player activity

The same set of game filters. Metrics:

time in game;
games played;
rated;
tournament;
win percentage.

Rewards, friends, gifts, clubs

Friends	List; on someone else’s profile — friend request — Friends
Gifts	Yours / received; on someone else’s — “Send a gift” — Gifts
Clubs	User’s clubs — Clubs

On a public profile an authorized visitor (not you) can also challenge, send a message, etc. — via buttons on the page.

Someone else’s profile

URL: /profile/{id} — only numeric id (not nick in the address).

Who	What they can do
Guest	View public blocks
Signed-in user	Same + friendship, gift, challenge, message (not to yourself)
Owner	Edits via `/lk/profile-edit`, not “as a guest”

Hidden email/Telegram for others show as “hidden”.

Ad links and integration in “About me” / socials: Advertising.

Typical scenarios

A. Update the card

/lk/profile → “Edit”.
Change avatar from the catalog or upload a file, adjust nick and “About me”.
Save changes in the form.

B. Verify Lichess

Socials → Lichess link → verification → phrase in bio → confirm.

C. View someone else’s rating

Open /profile/{id}.
Switch filters Chess / Capital Chess / Tetris / Attack.

FAQ

Where do I change the site language?

Not in profile settings — the switcher is in the header. Multilingual.

Why is there no Swedish rating in the profile?

Profile rating/activity tabs currently have no separate Swedish filter.

Can I open a profile by nick in the URL?

The public address is by numeric id.

Why email/Telegram visibility?

So you can choose whether to show contacts to other players.

Why is level “empty”?

An active balance is required. See Registration and sign-in (365 days) and Balance management.

Is the avatar catalog generated “on the fly”?

In the interface you pick a ready image from the catalog or upload your own.
